Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CollabSoftware services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

CollabSoftware provides AI-powered collaboration tools, including thread summarization for Slack workspaces.

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free: 10 summaries per month
• Pro: 100 summaries per month for $9.99/month
• Unlimited: Unlimited summaries for $29.99/month

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Refund Policy

We offer prorated refunds for annual subscriptions canceled within 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Usage Limits

Usage limits reset on the 1st of each month. Exceeding your plan's limits will require upgrading to continue using the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for violations of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

CollabSoftware is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
